recently i was riding the train and a white piece of paper fluttered down into my lap and distracted me from the book i was reading. it said, “You are very pretty and I had to tell you somehow. I like the way you look out the window. Have a great life!” the sender had skipped out at the last stop before i could see who it was. i’m glad i didn’t see, because i think that would have ruined the moment. i like the way i look out the window too.
